Our templates are now build with the easy to use JD Builder. You can import these JD Builder pages to any other site and make your website building experience smoother like never before.
The steps on how to import the JD Builder pages without having to install the Quickstart package file is listed below:-
#1 Install the Template Only file
The first step is to install the Template only file of the template whose design you wish to copy for your website. This way you will get the look and feel of the template through its typography & theme colors.
Before you install the Template only file make sure you have the latest Astroid Framework version on your Joomla setup.
#2 Download & Unzip the Sample Data file
The next step is to download and unzip the Sample data file of the template, if provided. Once you unzip the file you will get all the JD Builder designed pages in json format within the Sample Data folder.
#3 Import the pages
After you have extracted all the files, its now time to import these pages in your JD Builder one by one and get things started.
Make sure you have installed the same version of JD Builder on which the template is build.
Note:- If the template is designed on JD Builder Free then you should have its free version, but if the template is build on JD Builder Pro then you should at-least have JD Builder Pro. Because if you import a pro builder page on a Free version then there are chances that lot of things/element wont work because they are not a part of the free builder package.
